2. Return Procedure
Once we have received your return request,
we will provide you with a prepaid and free return label to print. The return shipping costs are covered by us.
We will give you clear instructions on how to return the product.
It is important that the product is returned in its original, unused condition and with its original packaging.
3. Accepted Returns
Product not to the customer's liking
- We will provide you with a free return label to print.
- The refund will be issued once the product is received and reviewed.

Damaged or defective product
- The customer must send a photo of the damaged or defective product.
- After Arte Rúnico Gemma Anjana verifies the damage, we will proceed with a full refund or send a replacement, as the customer prefers.
- We will provide you with a free return label to print.
Undelivered product
- If the product does not arrive at its destination and is not delivered, the product amount will be refunded within 7 days after confirming that the product was not delivered.
- Additionally, we will cover any extra costs related to the failed delivery.

Customized or Handmade Products
Although our products are handmade and, in some cases, customized, we accept returns for both defective products and products not to the customer’s liking.
